Erica Leary – My Story

Hi everyone! My name is Erica Leary. So should I assume that you are on the “about me” page to learn all about me?? If so, let me tell you just a little….

I live in Panama City, Panama and I have since 2007! Why? The original answer is probably “wild hair” but I love the weather – it’s hot year round, and I love the atmosphere or life – it’s just happy. Plus, I am half Panamanian (Latin) and as my mom liked to say, I can defend myself in Spanish (now).

Which leads to me the other thing about me – I am happy, just plain happy. I love life! OK, I know you got your fill and you are sufficiently bored – so let’s get to the nitty gritty….why you are on this site. So let me see if I can help you decide if it will be worth your while to stay on my site or to get to know me more.

Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE to ask questions – so here are a few to help you figure out if this site is a match.

1. Are you ready to make an explosive LEAP in your business – just really change it up?

YES – so if you answered yes, this site is definitely for you! It’s all about taking massive action to make dramatic changes in your life or your business

MAYBE – If you answered maybe, you are clearly on the fence. Let me help – you are here because something sparked an interest, something caught your attention, and something in your life needs a change. Maybe you aren’t quite ready and just want to explore your possibilities, that’s perfectly OK. It’s always time to improve yourself, so you can start there. Just make changes in your productivity or your organization. Maybe you need some motivation or focus – then you are still in the right place! Hang out!

NO – If you answered no, then why are you still reading? J Just kidding! So maybe you like your business just the way it is. That’s cool – no worries. You can still benefit if you are interested enough to be here in the first place. We all have room for improvement and this site is all about business growth and development, becoming a thought leader and personal growth and improvement. So maybe Massive LEAPs make you nervous – I get that! Just take advantage of the positive environment and the training on goal setting, motivation, productivity, focus and so much more. It will definitely improve your life.

2. Are you ready to make a major IMPACT?

YES – Just like above – if you answered yes – you are in the right place! And I assume because you are reading all of this – you already know that this site will be an asset to you.

MAYBE – Again – a maybe means you are on the fence – but this time – I need to ask you – why are you on the fence? Does that mean you don’t want to make an IMPACT in the world? If you answered maybe, I would highly encourage you to check out the youtube channel, listen to some of the videos, maybe read the blog posts, and then reassess your decision. I would venture to bet there are few people in the world who don’t want to make an IMPACT in some sort of way. So maybe the issue is all about the wording – maybe “major” threw you off? Don’t stress – it’s all about you and your changes so you decide how major or even how subtle…

NO – I am not even going to go there for IMPACT….. J

3. Do you lack focus, motivation? Can’t find your MOJO – your flow? Need help setting goals or increasing productivity?

We all do! He! He! To reach optimal performance – we need to be on our game at all times – totally focused and motivated. That takes…focus and motivation! Funny but true. So constantly being aware of it and constantly reinforcing it, surrounding yourself with others who are focused and motivated – are all necessary to make massive LEAPS.

If it’s overall growth and improvement you are after – it’s still a matter of power of the mind – you need to be constantly telling yourself to stay focused and positive thoughts to keep motivated.

Can’t find your MOJO or your flow – it’s definitely time!

4. Need help figuring out what you want to do? Be?

So you have an itch, you know something needs to “give”, change…Well, it’s definitely your turn, it’s all about asking the right questions and looking for solutions so you have come to the right place. This is the exciting and fun part of it – maybe a little scary but I am here to guide you every step of the way!

5. Am I wasting my time?

If you think that improving yourself, your business or your quality of life is a waste of time, then you are definitely wasting your time! But, if you are as smart as I think you are (you got here – didn’t you?) then you are NEVER wasting your time growing and improving – moving forward…..

When I first, started back in 2007, I called myself a Life By Design Architect. As I grew and my business grew, I realized that solving the business and marketing puzzles were fun – and more importantly, where most business owners, coaches, entrepreneurs and speakers lacked experience and knowledge – so I become the business consultant to make the biggest impact in their businesses. However, regardless of what I call myself, I am still a Life By Design Architect and I want you to be one too. What is it? It is a person who has full control over his or her life, a person who knows what he wants and how to get it, a person who uses positive personal growth and focus to design or redesign their life and business exactly the way they want it to be.

Most of my friends have worked corporate for most of their lives. They thought I was the wild one, the crazy one. Now, they all want to know how they can take more control of their lives too.

Freedom is where it started for me. I wanted to be able to make my own decisions about when I could take vacation. It seemed completely crazy that as an adult, I had to get approval for everything (signs you are an entrepreneur).

It was always about making an impact. I loved helping people, that part was in my blood. The marketing and business became a passion that has only grown over the years.

As time went on, I realized, I didn’t have to be poor to be free! I could also make money!

And now, I realize that freedom is so many things. Time freedom, financial freedom, location freedom…

So some, not all, of my friends, who have worked corporate, have financial freedom or at least enough to not be stressed about retirement, but as we get older, making an impact becomes more important and that’s what they crave – something that makes them feel fulfilled.

The beauty is, at this stage of the game, we have a lifetime of experiences to choose from. Becoming a consultant is just honing in on those experiences that light you up and that will make an impact on someone else’s life!

My impact is helping you become that thought leader, that coach, that business owner so you can make your impact in someone else’s life.

Business owners continue to hire me to help them find the hidden profits in their businesses so they don’t have to spend more on advertising.

But now…

Business owners, coaches, leaders, and speakers hire me to help them become thought leaders in their space, become coaches to their clients, to build and develop their consulting business and guide them through personal development so they can get it all done saving time and making more money.

Yes, you can still keep your 9-5! If you want. But, you won’t need to if you are ready to retire early!  

Now you ask yourself – will she try to sell me something? The answer is, of course! But..I will never require you to buy to hang out, and like the questions above, I will always encourage you to ask your own questions to make sure it’s a fit for you. I will only ever show you something that I think is useful for improving your lifestyle by design!
